A no textbooks, math free, living books based, hands on chemistry course that utilizing baking for the chemistry lab.
Some of our favorite books for our high schoolers to read
High school level history, literature and theology in one course. Read through great books with lectures through a Biblical worldview.
This requires a LOT of reading. Doing primary and secondary each year is a heavy workload. While the content is INCREDIBLY rich I'd only recommend for a child who enjoys reading and can handle a large reading load.

The read aloud is a bit juvenile for high schoolers but the content and learning is excellent.
